Acceptance and authorized use
By accessing the website or The Hub, you agree to these terms. The Hub is a business service for Springhouse Supply personnel and customers, contractors, vendors or other users specifically authorized by Springhouse Supply. You must use it only for lawful business purposes and within the access granted to you.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices and for activity conducted through your access. Do not share credentials, attempt to access another customer or tenant, bypass controls, probe the service, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data or interfere with operation of the service. Notify Springhouse Supply promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Customer content and project files
You retain ownership of plans, specifications, material lists and other content you submit. You grant Springhouse Supply and its service providers permission to store, process, reproduce and use that content as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, prepare estimates, administer projects and provide services. You represent that you have authority to submit the content and that it does not violate another party's rights.
Quotes, estimates and project information
Online submissions are requests for review and do not create an obligation to supply materials. Quotes and estimates remain subject to their stated scope, assumptions, exclusions, validity period, availability, freight, taxes and written acceptance requirements. Portal status, schedules and availability information may change. A separate accepted quote, order or written agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Connected services
The Hub may connect with services such as Intuit QuickBooks, SOS Inventory, Google and Cloudflare. Those services are provided by third parties and may be governed by separate terms. Springhouse Supply may limit, suspend or change a connection to protect data, reconcile records or maintain reliable operations.
Intellectual property
The website, The Hub, branding, layout, software and Springhouse-created content are owned by Springhouse Supply or its licensors. Except for ordinary authorized business use, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, resell or create derivative works from them without written permission.
Availability and disclaimers
The website and The Hub are provided on an “as available” basis. Springhouse Supply does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every record is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Nothing here changes an express written product warranty or a separately signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Springhouse Supply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising from use of the website or The Hub. Any direct liability relating solely to these online services will not exceed the amount paid specifically for the affected online service during the prior twelve months.
Suspension and termination
Springhouse Supply may suspend or terminate access when authorization ends, these terms are violated, security is at risk or continued access could harm Springhouse Supply, a customer or another person. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them as services or requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
